Who am I?

Hi my name is Rose, I'm 59 and have limited mobility due to osteoarthritis 

in both knees and both hips, they need replacing but an allergy to  

anaesthesia means that's not an option so I deal with it.  I also have  

osteoporosis in my back which sometimes aggravates the sciatica -  guess 

I'm just all falling apart, LOL.  I try to stay positive though, and  I think I do 

a pretty good job although I've had the occasional  breakdown and blown

a couple of minutes on a no holds barred pity party for myself. Better out

than in.   

Anyway, my disabilities have meant that my days as a productive 

member  of the conventional workforce are over, I have to listen to my body

and  some days it does not want to work properly and I may be stuck in bed

most of the day. So I dance to the beat of my own drum and operate my  

own business from home, and online.

I have a family who love me - both 2 legged and 4 legged - and I count   

myself as very blessed to have them.  I used to love to dance, take walks,

etc before I lost my mobility but I still love more sedentary hobbies such   

as doing my family history/genealogy research, reading, theatre shows,   

listening to music and enjoy socializing on Facebook.
